Purpleone Training

Description

The Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce is hosting a FREE PurpleOne Training on Thursday, October 20, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Presented by the Violence Prevention Center of Southwestern Illinois, PurpleOne equips community members to recognize the signs of domestic violence, respond appropriately, and refer survivors to resources and support. 

This training is open to anyone in the community and is especially valuable for business owners, managers, HR professionals, employees, and other community leaders who want to be prepared when someone they encounter may be experiencing domestic violence. 

A light lunch will be provided. CE credit is available for LPC, LCPC, LSW, and LCSW professionals. Space is limited, so register today at vpcswi.org/purpleone.
